John Dietz called the April 13, 2010 Closed Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2, Closed Session
The purpose of the Closed Session is to discuss the Notice of Dismissal Order from BMS
per Attorney-Client Privilege -~ MN Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3(b} and to conduct a
performance review of Director of Operations, Troy Adams pursuant to MN Statute
13 D.05, Subd. 3 (a}.
Commission discussed the Notice of Dismissal Order from BMS with Attorney Mark
Mathison and Troy Adams.
After this discussion Mark Mathison left the meeting.
The Commission then conducted the aiulual performance review of Troy Adams,
Director of Operations,
3. .Adjourn Regular Meeting
President John Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the Elk River
Municipal Utilities Commission at 745 p.m.
