SUBJECT: Request for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License by Elk River Jaycees
The Elk River Jaycees have made a request for an application for an
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License. This license would allow the
Jaycees to hold a raffle on January 28, 1995, at the Elk River Legion.
Action Requested
• Council motion to grant an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License to the
Elk River Jaycees.
