Re: 1995 County Ditch Repair Expenses for Properties in
Assessed in the City of Elk River
Dear Pat:
Steve Rohlf asked that we send you a report on the ditch work
completed in the City of Elk River and the costs incurred.
Ditch #10 had a beaver dam removed in the area
of the S1 /2 of SW1 /4, 2 -32 -26 as petioned for
by Lloyd Schneider on 11/25/94. Costs total
268.04. (If assessed to property owners, the
total to be collected is $978.28, because
of our minimum.$5.00 assessment per parcel.)
Ditch #28 had at least four repair and main-
tenance projects during 1995. They were
petitioned by
Dan Steffens, 13813 196th Avenue, 2/17/95
Steve Peterson, 19109 Troy Street, 4/14/95
Richard Hinkle, 13432 Meadowvale Road, 4/25/95
Randy Lindquist, Weatherwood Subd, 6/18/95
There will be additional costs for the Weather -
wood Subdivision project because it has not been
completed. Elk River costs for Ditch #28 total
$5,278.02.
Because of the late date, I will deliver an assessment
listing by tax parcel to your office this afternoon. If
your city council authorizes payment, we will not bill the
individual property owners. We would like to know as soon
as possible, if this will be the case. We will begin send-
ing assessment notices next week.

needed.
