SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk
River City Council on Thursday, December 21, 1995, at 6 p.m., to be held
at the Elk River City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the special meeting is as follows:
• Consider an ordinance amendment request by the City of Elk River
• Consider a variance request by Dennis Kramer
• Public hearing to consider proposed modification to Tax Increment
Financing Plan No. 3
• Public hearing to consider modification to Tax Increment Financing Plan
No. 2
• Regular Council Business
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of the City
Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.

SUBJECT: December 1S Agenda Items
The flu bug has hit City Hall and a number of staff people have been sick on
Thursday and Friday. In this regard, we need to have three agenda items
continued until the Thursday, December 21, 1995 meeting as the memos and
reports have not been completed or in the case of one item (5.16), property
owners affected by the proposal have not been notified (this is a courtesy
notification and not a state requirement).
The three agenda items that should be continued until December 21, 1995
are:
