CLARIFYING POINTS:
No fees for little theater unless events go past 11 p.m. or on weekends
Priority scheduling for city identified community groups.
Access to new theater on a "make sense" basis, i.e. ifa large city group i.e. play, concert
needs that space then a school group can move to the small stage.
Students would be able to use little theater during the day.
If a group requests the large stage for an extended period, rental charges would be
incurred for lights, theater maintenance, etc.
If the large stage is used as a money making or for profit group, normal fees would be
charged.
