Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of Appeal and
Equalization was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing.

than what he asked for at the previous meeting. He reviewed values of surrounding
properties.
Mr. Kritzeck reviewed a handout and the meeting minutes from the April 28, 2010 Board of
Appeal meeting and noted Mr. Touchette requested the value be at $2.83 per square foot to
be consistent with the adjacent property.
