RESOLUTION 10-26
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATON OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATTER OF THE 2010 STREET OVERLAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHERAS the City Council wishes to advance the schedule of the project and obtain competitive bids
on the Improvement prior to the Assessment Hearing; and
WHEREAS plans and specifications for the Improvement will be required to obtain bids for
consideration of assessments based on actual bid costs;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota:
1. Bolton & Menk, Inc, the designated engineer for the Improvement, shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of the improvement.
