SUBJECT: Application for Deferment of Special
Assessments
The City is in receipt of an application for deferment of special assessments
from Nancy Huff, owner of Lot 36, Block 1, Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition.
This parcel was assessed $1,300 for the 1995 Street Overlay. The applicant
has completed the application form and meets the disability and income
requirements required for deferment.
Action Requested
The City Council is asked to approve the application for deferment of special
assessments for Nancy Huff, Lot 36, Block 1, Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition
for the 1995 Street Overlay improvements.
