employment, reta~ goals and maximizing.

completed regional corridor plan suggests
that all at grade intersections from the
Hwy 101 interchange to the eastern
border of the City will close, to be re-
placedwith one interchange serving the
area. The Focused area plan attempts to
capitalize an this interchange location,
suggesting a location for MnDC~T', and
preserving necessary infrastructure routes
throughout the area to accommodate
future land uses logically and safely.
