The following liquor licenses have been requested for 651 Main Street, Elk River, MN
· On-Sale Liquor License
· Sunday Liquor License
· Off Sale 3.2% Malt Liquor License
APPLICANT
Mitchell Miller (Mitch Miller's Olde Town Tavern & Grill)
BACKGROUND
Mitch Miller has purchased Dick's Main Tap. Mr. Miller has submitted his application and
license fee for an on-sale liquor license, Sunday license and an off-sale 3.2% malt liquor
license. The application is currently in the process of going through the required police
background check. The applicant has also indicated that he will have the required liquor
liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance following council review.
Mr. Miller indicated that he would be open for business the first part of October.

ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving an on-sale liquor and Sunday liquor license and an off-
sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license for Mitch Miller's Olde Town Tavern & Grill located
at 651 Main Street, Elk River, Minnesota contingent upon a successful background check
and proo{ o{ liquor liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
