The City Council reviewed this application at their May 17, 2010 meeting and denied the Conditional Use
Permit request. This resolution request is a formality in the process.

RESOLUTION 10-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION DENYING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST CU 10-04
AND ESTABLISHING
FINDINGS OF FACT THEREFORE
WHEREAS, Application was made on January, 25, 2010 by Ken Beaudry for a
Conditional Use Permit for outside storage for the property located at 356
Jackson Avenue; and
WHEREAS, The application for approval (the Application) was referred to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, The City Council conducted a public hearing on the Application, after
proper publication and due notice thereof as required by ordinance and
statute, on May 17, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Following completion of the public hearing, the City Council made the
following findings of fact with respect to the application:
All of the requested information was not received by May 3, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk
River, based on the findings of fact set forth above, hereby denies the Application for
Conditional Use Permit for outside storage.
Passed and adopted this 21S` day of June, 2010.
