1. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the closed meeting of the Elk River City Council was
called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Vice Mayor Westgaard.
2. Closed Session -Attorney Client Privilege
The purpose of the closed session was to discuss Elk River Landfill lawsuit litigation
pursuant to attorney-client privilege, MN Statute 13D.05, subd. 3(b).
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Vice Mayor Westgaard adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River City Council at 6:29 p.m.
