SUBJECT: Dulak Property Update
ER Properties LLP has submitted a revised plan, based on Park Comtnission requests. This
plan does include a trail around the perimeter of the wetland area. It also includes a more
squared off shape due to the lengthening of the south side of the park.
Staff has two concerns. One is that the trail location on the east side of the wetland is in the
area that the developer told the Park Commission was too wet and had bad soils. Rather
than shift the lot and street alignment, the planner inserted a trail into the existing layout.
Two is the small triangle of land on the NE of the Park, this essentially unusable land next to
a County Road. City staff will work with the developer to resolve these issues.
