ACTION REQUESTED
Council approval of a special event permit and temporary on-sale liquor license for the Church of Saint
Andrew fox September 19, 2010.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Church of Saint Andrew is requesting a special event permit and temporary on-sale liquor license for
their annual Parish Festival. The church's annual Parish Festival will be held on Sunday, September 19,
2010. The event takes place in the church parking lot at 554 - 4`'' Street. The church has submitted all
application materials required by the City and the request has been reviewed by the Police and Fire Chief.
The temporary liquor license is not valid until approved by the Commissioner of Public Safety.
