Council motion approving an On Sale and Sunday Liquor license to Mucho Loco, Inc. with the condition
they submit the Minnesota Worker's Compensation Form.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Applicant Mucho Loco, Inc. is requesting liquor licenses fox a new Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is
located at 19211 Freeport Street (formerly Hirshfields). The owners are in the process of remodeling the
space and hope to open this July or August.
All application materials have been submitted with the exception of a form certifying worker's
compensation which won't be completed until the establishment is closer to opening up for business.
Background checks have been successfully completed.
