SUBJECT: Meeting Reminder -July 15, 2010 at 6:00 p. m. in the Uppertown
Conference Room
This is to remind you of our upcoming meeting on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Uppertovm Conference Room at the Ells River City Hall. Please find attached a copy of the
agenda, minutes from the April meeting, information on the MN Main Street Program, invite to
the 30~' Annual Statewide Historic Preservation Conference, and an invite to the Preservation
Alliance of MN event. I will be bringing updated goals and priorities to the meeting.
There is also a memo in your packet from Annie Decker, Economic Development Assistant
regarding a new business to be opening at 315 Jackson St. The owner of the business will be
attending the meeting to discuss the business and his proposed remodeling plans for the building.
Since we will be having a guest and will be finalizing the goals and priorities, it would be much
appreciated if all Commissioners can make it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
