Other Department Activities -Bailey Point
The City was recently approached by the property owner of Bailey Point to determine if
the City is interested in purchasing the property with the intent of utilizing it as a future
park. Several meetings were held to discuss the possible purchase of the property. A
decision was made to not move forward with purchasing the property. It has been
decided, however, to continue discussing the property at the August 2nd City Council
meeting.
