RESOLUTION 10-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE ELECTIONS OF 2010
WHEREAS; pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 204B.21(2), the CityCouncilshall
officially approve the appointment of election judges; and
WHEREAS; the City of Elk River City Council hereby adopts the judges listed on
Exhibit A, hereto attached, as the official judges for the August 10,
2010 State Primary, and the November 2, 2010 General Election,
with the understanding that changes maybe necessary to the
appointments in order to fill vacancies and meet parry splits.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the names listed on Exhibit A, hereto attached, are the Official Election
Judges for the City of Elk River, State Primary on August 10, 2010, and the General Election
on November 2, 2010, and the City Council further authorizes the City Clerk to appoint
• additional judges if and where needed.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 12~' day of July 2010.
