I am writing to express the City of Rochester's sincere thanks to your city and Elk River
public Utilities far sending two linemen to assist us after ti-re tornado that hit Rochester
the night of June 17tr'. Thanks also to Troy Adams, ERU General Manager and Mark
Fuchs, Line Superintendent. Others responding to our request for assistance came
from Austin and Owatonna.
While our crews from Rochester Public Utilities worked non-stop the assistance you
provided helped our residents get power restored much more quickly and safely.
We are grateful for your help and being a "good" neighbor.
