REQUEST
Transient merchant license to hold a two-day tool sale at American Legion - 525 Railroad
Drive
APPLICANT
Charles Volker - TAPP Enterprises
BACKGROUND
Charles Volker of TAPP Enterprises, Inc. has submitted an application for a transient
merchant license. The request is to hold a two-day tool sale at the American Legion. The
date of the sale is June 14 and 15.
The applicant has passed the required criminal history background check and the license fee
and application have been submitted.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Charles Volker of TAPP
Enterprises, to allow a two-day tool sale at the American Legion in Elk River on June 14 and
15.
