BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Salina Spa Salon located at 19262 Freeport Avenue in the City of Elk River. The
applicant has met the required 500 hours of completed course work and has passed the
required criminal history background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving therapeutic massage license for Megan Kallestad to practice
therapeutic massage at Salina Spa Salon located at 19262 Freeport Avenue in the City of
