Request by the City of Elk River for an Ordinance Amendment
Amending Chapter 30 - Land Development Regulations, to
Establish a Downtown Development District and Standards
Therefore
This item was last considered by the HRA at their March meeting. There were only three
HRA members present. However, due to the Housing Work Plan agenda items currently
under consideration by the HRA, staff has scheduled review of the design standards for the
June HRA meeting. The design standards will then be reviewed by the City Council at their
July meeting.
