SUBJECT: Bailey Point
At the July work session, the Council requested that the proposal to purchase Bailey Point
be brought back for further Council discussion. The item was then placed on the August 2
agenda. I have been in contact with property owner John Babcock regarding the Council's
recent action. Mr. Babcock has requested that the discussion be delayed; therefore, this item
has tentatively been rescheduled for the August 16 meeting.
