I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City Council, for
Tuesday, August 10, 2010, 9:00 a.m., at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business
Centex Drive, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of this meeting is to meet jointly with the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners
to discuss topics of mutual interest.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least three days
prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of the City Council,
of these special meetings, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
