BACKGROUND
The Church of St. Andrew is requesting a temporary on sale liquor license for their annual
Parish Festival to be held on September 21, 2003. This event will be held m the church
parking lot.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a temporary on sale liquor license for the Church of St. Andrew
on September 21, 2003.
