APPLICANT
Tiffeny McGuire
BACKGROUND
Tiffeny McGuire is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic
massage at Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169. Tiffeny has
submitted her application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of
successfully completed course work in the area of massage. At the time that this memo is
being written the required criminal history background check is being processed by the
Police Department. Therefore, approval should be contingent upon a successful
background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Tiffeny McGuire
to practice therapeutic massage at Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320
Highway 169
