Council motion to approve a solicitor license to Brian Smith, Amen Roofing and Construction LLC valid
through December 31, 2010.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Mr. Smith is requesting a solicitor license in order to go door-to-door soliciting storm damage restoration,
roofing, siding, windows, gutters, etc. on behalf of Amen Roofing and Construction. Mr. Smith has
submitted all application materials and completed a background check.
