BACKGROUND
MPMD Promotional Group has made application for transient merchant licenses to go
door-to-door selling 2 for 1 promotional cards for Papa Murphy's pizza. The Police Chief is
conducting the required criminal background check. Approval should be contingent upon
successful background checks.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving transient merchant licenses for the above-mentioned applicants
to sell promotional cards door-to-door contingent upon successful background checks.
