CASCADE INDUSTRIAL PARK
Dear Council Members:
Attached is a Certificate of Correction for the plat of Cascade Industrial Park that the Sherbume
County Surveyor Michael Trunk has asked the City to approve and execute. The correction to the plat
of Cascade Industrial Park is simply renaming Outlot E to Outlot A. There are a sedes of outlots in
the Cascade Industrial Park. They were inadvertently labeled B-E instead of A-D. Renaming Outlot E
will correct this situation. We would recommend adoption and execution of this document.
If you have any questions regarding this information, I will be in attendance at your July 14th City
Council meeting.

hereby certify that I am the surveyor who prepared the plat of CASCADE INDUSTRIAL PARK,
City of Elk River, Sherbume County, Minnesota, which was recorded May 14, 2003 as abstract
Document No. 506799, in the office of the County Recorder.
I do hereby also certify that said plat is incorrect in that Outlot E is mislabeled.
I do hereby also certify that the correct label for said Outlot E is Outlot A.
