AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AMENDING SECTION 900.12
OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
Case No. OA 98-5
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 900.12(4) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall read as
follows:

Permitted Uses:
x. Truck tractor and/or trailer parking (non platted parcels five (5) acres in size
or greater)
Conditional Uses:
xvi. Truck tractor and/or trailer parking (platted parcels or parcels
less than five (5) acres in size)'
Section 2. Section 900.12(5) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be
amended to read as follows:
Permitted Uses:
x. Truck tractor and/or trailer parking (non platted parcels five (5) acres in size
or greater within the R-la)
Conditional Uses:
xvi. Truck tractor and/or trailer parking (platted parcels or parcels
less than five (5) acres in size within the R-la)
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1999, upon publication as
provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the City council of the City of Elk River this 16tl~ day of
