ACTION REQUESTED
Approval of the request by Buffalo Wild Wings for a special event permit on October 3, 2010 subject to
the following conditions:
1. Applicant shall provide enough portable toilet facilities through a private contractor to
accommodate the expected attendance.
2. Applicant shall comply with all requirements of the fire marshal.
3. Applicant shall provide for garbage clean-up immediately following the event.
4. Applicant must obtain property owner permission.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Buffalo Wild Wings is requesting a special event permit to hold a benefit on behalf of family and friends
of Glen "Bubba" Bye who was killed in a car accident in August.
