Analysis
The subject property is located on the north side of Second Street in the Meadow Park
subdivision. It is approximately a .30 acre lot with an existing duplex located on the
property. The proposed subdivision will create two parcels to allow for a twinhome which
will give each dwelling unit its own individual piece of property. The new property line will
be located down the middle of the existing duplex. Each half of the duplex can then be
owned independently of the other.
