Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council acting as
the Canvassing Board was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Mayor Klinzing.
2. Canvass Results of General Election
The August 13, 2010 primary election results for the Mayoral race were reviewed.
MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY
COUNCILMEMBER WESTGAARD TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 10-43
APPROVING THE ABSTRACT OF VOTES CAST IN THE PRECINCTS IN
THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, STATE OF MINNESOTA AT THE PRIMARY
• ELECTION HELD TUESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2010. MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the meeting of the Elk River
City Council at 8:10 a.m.
