Staff Update: Tim Smith House Removal
Item I 9.1.
Last year, the Tim Smith house was removed, however, this house was removed after the mutually
agreed upon Jtfly 1, 2002 deadline. The city went to court to obtain a financial penalty from Mr.
Smith but Judge Pendleton denied the city's request. City Attorney Peter Beck and City Prosecutor
Chris Johnson will both be in attendance to provide an update to the City Council.
