Council motion approving the following licenses to Galli Companies LLC d/b/a/ Pompeii Pizzeria valid
November 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011:
^ On-sale wine
^ 3.2. percent on-sale malt liquor
^ Permission to sell intoxicating malt liquor (strong beer) on-sale
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Galli Companies LLC d/b/a Pompeii Pizzeria is requesting liquor licenses for a new pizzeria. The
restaurant is located at 315 Jackson Avenue. The owners are in the process of remodeling the space and
hope to open in November.
The applicant would like to sell wine and intoxicating malt liquor (strong beer). State statute allows a city
to authorize the holder of an on-sale wine and 3.2. percent on-sale malt liquor license to sell strong beer
at on-sale without an additional license.
All application materials have been submitted and background checks have been successfully completed.
