ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve an On-Sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license to Apple Minnesota LLC
d/b/a Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar, valid October 13, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Applebee's in Elk River is changing to a new owner, Apple Minnesota LLC, and would like an On-
Sale and Sunday liquor license for the restaurant located at 18891 Freeport Street. All application
materials have been received and background checks have been completed. The applicant has indicated
that at this time, the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including the on-site manager, employees,
menu, and hours of operation will remain the same.
