Reappointment of Larry Farber to EDA
The terms of the Commissioners who are members of the City
Council shall coincide with their term of office. Council Member
Farber was re-elected to the City Council effective January 6, 1997.
Because of this, it is necessary for the council to consider
reappointing him to the EDA for a term to coincide with his term of
office as Council Member (1/1/97 - 12/31/00).
EDA members are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the
City Council.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion by the Mayor to reappoint Larry Farber to the
Economic Development Authority with his term to expire on
12/31/00.
