AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 212.00
OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE
HEALTH CARE DELIVERY COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That on January 16, 1995, the City Council voted to
disband the Health Care Delivery Commission.
Section 2. That Section 212.00 of the City of Elk River Code of
Ordinances entitled Health Care Delivery Commission be expunged in its
entirety from the City Code of Ordinances.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of January, 1999, by the City Council of
the City of Elk River.
