SUBJECT: Application for Private Kennel License
Laura Hess-Ulman has made application for a private kennel license.
Ms. Hess-Ulman has five cats and lives in a residential district. As
the council will recall, an ordinance was recently adopted requiring
a kennel license for anyone owning over three cats.
Ms. Hess-Ulman has submitted her application and license fee.
Cheryl Edinger, Community Service Officer is in the process of
inspecting the premises which is a requirement prior to the issuance
of a license.
Action Requested
Council motion to approve a private kennel license for Ms. Laura
Hess-Ulman residing at 21498 Vernon Street contingent upon
approval of the inspection by CSO Edinger.
