This item is being presented to the Planning Commission at February 25,
1997 regular meeting. Therefore, this item will be presented to the City
Council next month.
Recommendation
Its is recommended the City Council postpone the preliminary plat request
by Good Value Homes until the March 24th City Council meeting.
