Transient Merchant License
**ITEM 3.4.**
Shirley Madland has made application for a transient merchant license to
sell cut flowers on Easter weekend, Mother's Day Weekend and Valentines
Day. She will be selling the flowers on property owned by Hunts Feed and
Garden Center located at 906 Highway 10. Wesley Hunt has presented Ms.
Madland written permission to sell flowers on his property.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to grant a transient merchant license to Shirley Madland to
allow the sale of cut flowers on property owned by Hunts Feed and Garden
Center.
