This preliminary plat request is being continued. At their February 25,1997
meeting, the Planning Commission postponed this item until their March 25,
1997 meeting to allow the applicant time to provide additional information
requested by the Commission. This item will be presented to the Council at
the April 21, 1997 meeting.
