SUBJECT: Therapeutic Massage Establishment
License for Salina's Salon
Cynthia Sanborn has made application for a Therapeutic Massage
Establishment license. A conditional use permit is required prior to
licensing a Massage Establishment.
Ms. Sanborn operates Salina's Salon in Elk Park Center. She has a
licensed massage therapist on staff who will be performing
therapeutic massage. Staff has received the application and license
fee and the Chief of Police has signed off on the required
background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Motion to approve a Therapeutic Massage Establishment License for
Cynthia SanborrdSalina Salon contingent upon approval of a
conditional use permit.
