Council motion calling a special meeting fox Monday, November 8, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. in order to canvass
local election results.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
According to state statute the city needs to canvass election results within the 3-10 days after the election.
A quorum of the Council acts as the Canvassing Board and must adopt a resolution certifying the results
of the General Election by Friday, November 12, 2010.
