SUBJECT: Request for Massage Therapist License
by Darla Hall
Darla Hall has made application for a Massage Therapist License.
Ms. Hall has met the licensing requirements, passed the background
check, submitted a certificate of insurance and paid the license fee.
Ms. Hall will be performing therapeutic massage at Salina Salon
located at 19112 Freeport Street. Salina Salon recently received a
Therapeutic Massage Establishment License from the City Council.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion granting a Massage Therapist License to Darla Hall.
