SUBJECT: Water Main Improvement Project
On March 17, the City Council voted to move ahead with the water
main extension improvement project on Highland Road along
Proctor Avenue. The city will be issuing bonds for this project.
Prior to issuing bonds it is required that the official minutes
reference the issuance of bonds for this project.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion acknowledging that the city intends to issue bonds for the
Highland Road water main extension improvement which was
authorized by the City Council on March 17, 1997.
