AN 0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1000 OF THE CITY CODE ~STATE
BUILDING CODE"
Section 1. Section 1000.00 (1) (A) (x.) of the City Code shall be
amended as follows:
1000.00 - ADOPTION OF THE STATE BUILDING CODE
1. Those portions of the Minnesota State Building Code, as
amended, 1997 Edition, with Appendixes as set forth below are
hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City of Elk River as
follows:

Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after the date of its publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River
this 14th day of June, 1999.
