99-017 ORD ORDINANCE 99- 17 AN 0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1000 OF THE CITY CODE ~STATE BUILDING CODE" Section 1. Section 1000.00 (1) (A) (x.) of the City Code shall be amended as follows: 1000.00 - ADOPTION OF THE STATE BUILDING CODE 1.
