Update
As a reminder, the City Volunteer Appreciation Program will be held
on Tuesday, April 15, 1997, at the Elk River Bowl.
See Attached Program and Agenda for details.

1996 VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION PROGRAM
HELD AT THE
ELK RIVER BOWL
PURPOSE...To recognize individuals who have
volunteered time by serving on boards and
commissions of the City during the year 1996.
DINNER ...... A complete dinner will be served
consisting of Steak and Shrimp.
PROGRAM...Following dinner, the Mayor and Council Members will honor those
present by recognizing each volunteer. Volunteers will be given a gift at this time.
Those volunteers who have completed terms or resigned during 1996 will also
receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
Following the recognition, the Mayor or Council may want to publicly thank the
volunteers.

GIFTS...A gift will be given to each volunteer in appreciation of their service to the
City. Guests of volunteers will not receive a gift.

during the year will receive a certificate of appreciation.
