SUBJECT: City Attorney Fee Schedule
Based on the length of the agenda for Planning items and the need for more
information on the fee structure options, I have taken the liberty to continue
this agenda item until the April 28, 1997, meeting. The April 28 meeting is
our audit and Finance Department Annual Report meeting and a full Council
is anticipated to be in attendance.
Action Requested
It is recommended that the City Council approve a motion to continue this
item to the April 28, 1997, meeting.
