Meeting Notes

Kelci Stones provided the Metro Transit update
.no fare increase for Big Lake and Elk River at this time
.shared press release on Friday bus service between St. Cloud and
Minneapolis starting October 29.
.Family pass will increase before start of Twins season
.Vikings flyer has been mailed along the corridor
.results of customer survey will be shared with the group
.Ride to rewards will be officially launched shortly; interested vendors
should go to website: www.ridetorewards.com
.free rides on November 16 and 17 (Link will also be free) -Metro
Transit would like volunteers (up to 4) at each station -let Kelci
know names of volunteers from your city
.a Bike n Ride brochure will be available after the first of the year
.Information on who to contact re: kiosks was given at last meeting
.Metro Transit will join local chambers if contacted
.discussion of combining a free ride night in December with the
Holidazzle parade
.Metro Transit slight schedule change on December 4 -need to check
and make sure is coordinated with Metro Bus schedule
Station City updates:
Big Lake -asked if available to thank volunteers with loaded go to
cards, will be adding a sign at station from SHIP funds
Coon Rapids -
Becker -
Jill -shared newsletter and other Anoka marketing efforts
Julie -
Elk River -sales of go to cards and other aggressive social media
advertising continue, also adding a sign from SHIP funds at station and tie to
parks and trails
St. Cloud/Stearns -Elk River and St. Cloud to do another train to the
mall on December 11
